Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation Policy

You should be aware that you are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession.

We will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn nor used, altered or washed, with all tags attached AND in their original package.

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

In the cases where the products are returned, we will proceed with refund as soon as possible and in any case shall not surpass 15 days.

Defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges. We will always refund any money via JCC payment.

Products purchased during our sales period or from any promotion will not be refunded or returned.

The merchandise must be returned along with the completed Returns Form (included in your order).

Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.

The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns, from one order.

We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are NOT shipped via ACS.

When all requirements have been met, we will notify you and refund the entire cost of the returned product(s).
